Health and Safety
Management Plus scheme
There are three main stages in the scheme
- Company assessment
All procedures, assessments and legislation to be
reviewed and/or implemented as required.
- Review & maintenance
To review and update all procedures and assessments
listed in the scheme quotation; communicate all changes in law and legislation and
up date company documentation appropriately.
- Annual review
Review all assessments and procedures at the end of
the twelve month duration
Company assessment
All the company risk assessments, procedures and the
Health and Safety policy are to be reviewed and updated as required, this will
include the generation of new documentation where deficiencies have been
identified. This documentation will then be signed off by a TAWSA Ltd
consultant and the responsible person for the client.
Review & Maintenance
Law and legislation relevant to your business will be
monitored and all changes will be communicated to you and the relevant
documentation issued in the agreed format, all changes must be communicated to
the work force by the client.
It is important to remember that ultimately
responsibility of complying with health and safety legislation and providing
safe places to work is that of the employer. However we will work with you and
your team to ensure that you are taking all the appropriate steps to reduce
risks to your staff and that you comply with all the appropriate regulations.
There will be quarterly visit made to your site these
will involve:
One of our consultants in accompaniment with a representative of your
organisation will undertake a review of relevant safety documentation available
and in use. A walk round inspection of your premises where we will review your
health and safety precautions and working practices.
It is essential that members of your staff are
included in the assessment and quarterly site visit.

Following this inspection a detailed report of our
findings will be forwarded to enable an action programme to be produced to
ensure any safety compliance matters are addressed.
The client MUST inform TAWSA Ltd of
any process or procedural changes before they take place so that all the
relevant information can be made available for implementation prior to the
change.
We will also endeavour wherever possible to provide
Health, Safety and welfare information that may help to reduce risk or improve
productivity and reduce cost.
Annual Review
At the end of the twelve month period all risk
assessments, procedures and the Health & Safety policy will be reviewed and
updated and signed by a Tawsa Ltd consultant and the responsible person for the client
