Orders: There are three ways you can order with us: On-line at www.SafetySuppliesDirect.co.uk, Over the phone 01271 377558 or Fax 0560 3410532.

Claims: All goods should be examined at the time of delivery. Please notify us of any loss or damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Delivery: We will endeavour to deliver your order as soon the payment has been authorised, however please allow 5-7 working days for delivery. All postage & packaging will be paid by the customer.

Returns & Refund Policy: If you are unhappy with your purchase, please return to us with a valid reason. All goods returned to the company are by prior arragement only within 14 days of receipt. All products must be returned in its original condition and packaging, complete with any accessories, manuals or other documentation supplied. All material returned to the company shall be carriage paid by the customer unless the product is defective. A 10% re-stocking charge will apply. The company will not accept the return of any bespoke items. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Please note: We recommend you request a proof of posting certificate from the post office and make sure you have adequate insurance to cover the value of returned goods.

Prices: Prices are in UK pound sterling (£) and are quoted inclusive and exclusive of VAT. All prices quoted are subject to currency, duty and market fluctuations and are quoted subject to availability. Credit terms, subject to status reports, are for payment in full within 30 days from the date of invoice. We reserve the right to withdraw credit facilities on overdue accounts and charge interest daily at the rate of 1.5% per month on outstanding amounts. For all non-account customers payment is strictly cash with order, either by credit card or cheque, made payable to TAWSA LTD.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall be construed so as to exclude or limit the liability of death or personal injury as a result of the negligence of or that of its employees or agents.
