Polypropylene Bag Hoop – 355mm – Choice of Colours

This hoop really is the answer to rubbish bag misery, whether you need to carry the bag about, or have it fixed on a wall, you cannot lose the open end. The hoop is hinged and opens up so a plastic bag may held open once the hoop is snapped shut. It has an easy-grip handle.
